Row to Podium is Canada’s official talent identification and development program for rowing. Our goal is to mold new athletes into future Olympic and Paralympic Champions. Row to Podium was designed specifically to find tall, young and fit athletes with no experience in rowing. We will train you to become a gold medalist.
We know what it takes to succeed. Canadian rowers have won 40 medals, including 9 Gold medals, at the Olympic Games and a silver medal in the Paralympic four at the 2011 World Rowing Championships. Rowing is considered the most successful summer Olympic sport in Canada. You could be in the next crop of elite rowers atop the podium.
Many athletes are tested, but few are selected. The journey will be hard and sacrifices are expected, but the rewards are outstanding.
